February 2006: Bruce Botsford was quoted in the Daily Business Review regarding his work in the settlement of the Scores lawsuit and the pending tax evasion charges against the Scores owners. Click here for the article.
December 2005: Botsford & White files a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile. The lawsuit alleges that T-Mobile improperly deprived its employees of commissions by charging back commissions earned on prepaid cellular plans. The lawsuit is styled Henry Vega v. T-Mobile and was filed in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County, Florida. For a copy of the class action complaint, please click here.
November 2005: Bruce Botsford reached a global settlement against SMG Entertainment to settle 2 federal overtime lawsuits and a state court unpaid wage lawsuit filed on behalf of six former employees and indepedent contractors.
