Your HOA: A Workshop

Every new HOA board member is required to certify they reviewed the laws and their association's governing documents or they can get certified through a DBPR approved provider. Jennifer Winegardner is the only approved course provider in Leon County. In this 3-hour class, you will learn the basics of HOA law, walk through the requirements of your governing documents, and leave with confidence as you represent your association's members.
