Estate Planning
Estate Planning is the process of planning for the unexpected incapacitating illness or inevitable passing. Estate Planning is more than filling out forms, it's about giving your loved ones the gift of taking care of your estate issues so your loved ones don't have to.
While you want your property to go where and when you want, you may also have minor children whose immediate and long-term care must be determined. Probate administration is a slow and costly process and can make your business part of the court's records, but proper planning can avoid probate, give your loved ones immediate access to funds, and protect your privacy.
When you meet with our attorneys, you will become a partner in your planning. We will design your Plan together so that it is specific to meet your situation, needs, and wishes.

Everyone over the age of 18 should have a Plan, but it's never too late. Certainly, your plan should be reviewed at every major life event: reaching adulthood, marriage, divorce, birth of a child, death of a spouse, incapacity, home purchase, receiving an inheritance.
