About Mike

After graduating from law school, Michael gained invaluable trial experience as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, where he acted as lead trial counsel for dozens of felony and misdemeanor jury trials.  In addition to finding success in the courtroom, Michael accepted an invitation to teach legal courses at the University of West Florida, where he was an assistant professor in UWF’s Criminal Justice and Legal Studies Department.

Since 2007, Michael has concentrated on litigation and transaction needs in the business and real estate industries, and this includes all manner of real estate closings, title claim resolution for national title companies, lenders' various legal needs, lease review and preparation, litigation for business, contract, and real estate issues, and legal advice for the many business and individual clients of the firm.

After working together with Jennifer for many years, it made sense to make it official, merge firms, and put the whole team under one roof.  The result is a tight firm with all hands on deck for all clients.
